THE DRAFT of the law amending the Revenue Code on transfer pricing, which was approved by the Cabinet early this year, has been submitted to the National Legislative Assembly for consideration. Based on the information, the transfer pricing law will be in force for the accounting periods starting on or after 1 January 2019.
